By far our most successful fundraiser is our open-house events which we started holding in the spring and fall of 2009. Over the period of two weekends we had about 800 visitors (altogether we had over 1,000 visitors in 2009)! Although we were very surprised and excited with that turnout, we would like to have more visitors in 2010. In the next couple of months we will post the next open-house event, so please check back. In the meantime, if you are a 4-H leader, cub scout leader, teacher, etc. and you are looking for an educational event please contact us to schedule a tour of the waterfowl center. To date, we do not have a set admission, but as a not-for-profit we appreciate donations.
